At DCA we believe that protecting our customers privacy is important. We need to collect certain information when you place an order to enable us to fulfill the order (such as name, telephone number, delivery address, billing address, e-mail address and payment method details). We keep this information in our customer records, but will not sell or rent this information to 3rd parties.
DCA has to work with certain 3rd party companies to fulfill orders, such as shipping and credit card processing. DCA provides these companies with only the information they need to perform their services. We don’t store credit card details.
DCA may use the information you give us from time to time to keep you updated on our events and news, and to send you details of upcoming promotions, and special offers.
If you prefer, it is possible to block some or all cookies, or even to delete cookies that have already been set; but you need to be aware that you might lose some functions of that website. For example, if an e-commerce site did not use session cookies then items placed in a shopping basket would disappear by the time you reach the checkout.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal.
Any information you give us will be dealt with securely and protected.
All payments will be taken in full before goods are shipped.
Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Free shipping on all UK orders
We currently deliver to all EU countries at set rates. For Asia, the Americas, Australia, Russia and the Middle East rates vary and will be calculated on confirmation of your order.
At DCA we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, your items should arrive within 5-7 working days of placing your order. If you have not received your order within 7 working days then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping times may vary and may be longer for International deliveries, but rest assured we try our best to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, however if you do wish to return any item DCA will accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered garments in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange.
DCA cannot accept a return on a garment that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags.
Our returns policy is;
• Your return must be received within 28 days of the date of purchase.
• All items are returned in perfect condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
• We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment, as we won’t be able to give a refund if returned items get lost in the post with no proof of postage.
• We can only refund return postal costs if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage in order for us to refund the cost to you.
• To process a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Email email@example.com, including your name and order number to request an electronic return shipping label.
2. Print out the electronic return shipping label emailed to you, affix this to the outside of your package and ship.

Every care has been taken to ensure that colours, prices, descriptions and measurements are correct.
DCA reserves the right to alter product specifications from those stated on it’s website. This may include slight variation in colour or shade of product for example. This may be due to the limitations of photographic and web processes.
In the event of a change in VAT we reserve the right to amend prices.
If an order has not arrived or has been delivered damaged or incorrect in any way we will require the customer to inform us here at DCA, we will take the necessary action to resolve the issue in the best way we see fit.
